An invitation to participate in MCLA’s Sm[ART] Commons Blog Sticker Contest & Social Media Feature

Calling all artists! We’re seeking unique and creative sticker designs to showcase in our upcoming collection—submit your original artwork and let your designs stand out in a vibrant, unapologetic way!
"Claiming Your Truth", is an open-ended theme designed to encourage artists to explore what truth means to them. In honor of March's Mental Health Awareness and National Women's History Month, the theme invites participants to look inward and embrace their personal artistic truths.
This theme is intentionally broad to allow for diverse interpretations. Whether it’s about your identity, lived experiences, a response to the social climate, or a way to showcase your artistic interests, we encourage you to create a design that reflects your unique relationship with truth. Feel free to explore ideas that uncover personal stories or perspectives, and respond in a way that aligns with your creative practice and passions!
For more details, please scan the QR code on the poster which will redirect you to the official art call document (which will be housed on the Fine & Performing Arts Canvas page until the submission deadline). Direct all questions to the email provided on the flyer.
We look forward to receiving your submission!
